French POLYDOR RECORDS 421 148 ~ An unusually supportive and mutually respectful move by THE WHO in sympathy for The Rolling Stones - the band hastily recorded 2 tracks in tribute & to help raise legal fee funds. That the courts decided not to incarcerate two of the British moneymaking artists was a wise financial and social decision! The track saw issue in about 6 or 7 countries, sold sparingly and was soon deleted. This FRENCH copy was particularly nice for the luxurious laminated cover, GREAT action photo and text explaining the situation and intent.
Rare and sought after.
