THE WHO "Phases" FANTASTIC GERMAN 11LP BOX SET OF THE "CLASSIC 9"

!!! SET WAS PURCHASED NEW, OPENED, THE STILL (TO THIS DAY) UNPLAYED ALBUMS (WITH ALL INSERTS & BOOKLETS) WERE PLACED IN POLY SLEEVES TO AVOID RING-WEAR AND THE RECORDS THEMSELVES WERE INSPECTED AND PLACED IN DEFENDER SYSTEM INNER SLEEVES. THE SET WAS THEN STORED IN A SMOKE-FREE COLLECTION RESTING ON A PIECE OF CARDBOARD TO AVOID SHELF-WEAR TO THE BOTTOM OF THIS VERY HEAVY (IN MORE WAYS THAN ONE) SET. THE ALBUMS & JACKETS/INSERTS ARE MINT, THE SLIPCASE HAS SOME SLIGHT DISCOLORATION ON THE BOTTOM SEAM PROBABLY DUE TO THE AGING OF THE GLUE USED. ALL CORNERS ARE SHARP, TO STRICTLY GRADE IT I'D SAY VG++, BUT MOST WOULD FEEL IT WAS ALMOST LIKE NEW.....I HAVE THE GERMAN ROLLING STONES REISSUES OF THEIR EARLY ALBUMS FROM THE SAME TIME-FRAME AND THE PRESSINGS BLEW ME AWAY (ANYONE WHO DOUBTS ME OR MY OCD SHOULD READ MY FEEDBACK)......!!!

The box came in two different formats – a slip case and a more normal flip-top case. I'm selling the slipcased version. They both have the same cat# etc. All the albums included any booklets or inserts that came with the original albums......
