METAL PRODUCTION PLATES

I have come across many items in my record collecting travels but this is a little bit special. A rare live recording of the high numbers was discovered purporting to be from 1963 and released as an LP in 1983.

THESE ARE THE PRODUCTION PLATES USED FOR THAT LP!

The markings for the LP are clearly defined in the run out grooves of the plates:

WRKG1000/L16042.

In all there are four plates. Two for each side of the album. There are two 16 inch plates and two others which are a mirror image of the other two.


All plates are in exceptional condition and do not have any indents or dents.
