This is the original 1966 UK mono issue.

Vinyl
I grade this visually as EX- (a category eBay doesn't provide, hence VG+ in the Item Specifics, but better than that really)
Still glossy on both sides, with only a few light hairlines and surface marks here and there. Labels are clean, with only minor spindle wear. Very respectable for 60. 
Matrix Details
A-Side: 593002 A//2 1 1 3 1 B-Side: 593002 B//2 1 1 1 4
Sleeve
Pretty much as shown in the photos.
Fully laminated front and back, with no laminate lift or tearing.
Minor edge creasing, as shown, and minor storage wear.
No rips, no seam splits.
Spine is square and straight, and all text is clearly visible, as per the photos.
Packaging
Record will be inside a new, shaped poly inner sleeve and outside the outer sleeve to prevent slicing of seams etc.
Sleeve and disc will be inside protective outer plastic sleeve.
All packaged strongly and properly, with corrugated reinforcers for extra strength and enough tape girt my gut. It's a lot of tape.

UK postage is via eBay's Simple Delivery and RM's Tracked 48 service. 
International shipping is via eBay's Global Shipping Programme.
