Description
THE WHO "MY GENERATION", 1st SPANISH EP, DECCA American Series (SDGE 81120), 1965
The stunning and rare spanish debut Ep by the most powerful british rock act. The Who need no introduction: the most explosive band of their time, taking their early R&B influences further along with a unique, aggressive style and street-wise lyrics most of the youngsters of their time could identify with. From early mod icons to stadium rock band, Pete Townshend (guitar), Roger Daltrey (vocals), and the sadly missed John Entwistle (bass) and Keith Moon (drums) didn't content with their roles as music players. They all offered something extra. They were too much for the mid 60's standards, blasting away the tamed chart oriented pop.
Songs are: My Generation, Out in the streets, It's not true and La-la-la-lies. All four tracks written by Pete Townshend
Condition: Cover is VG, with some dirt and wear. Vinyl is also VG, with surface hiss in all the tracks, but no jumps or scratches. In fact, it sounds great if played loud. Not for the hi fi obsessives, though. Tri center intact!
