Here I have a copy of

on rare limited edition original USA misprinted
'Rainbo' pressing LP in picture sleeve with paper labels
released on Sympathy For The Record Industry Records SFTRI609 in 2003
the spine and matrices have the SFTRI 609 Catalogue number and the labels has the misprinted SFTRI 572
this has the etched matrices SFTRI-609-A S-48024 & SFTRI-609-B S-48025
The condition of the record is excellent ( has a couple of light hairlines but plays through fine ) .
The outer picture sleeve has very mild creasing on edges .
The labels are clean with a couple of very light spindle marks .
