THE VIRTUES with LEROY "Otis" GAYLE:   WIRL Records 3760 (Mfd in Jamaica in the late 60's) HEY YOU WANT LOVE/SOUL TROMBONE  - One very, very hard to find original pressing 45 -  One of the Rarest and most desired ROCKSTEADY 45's out there;  it hardly ever turns up.  Just check POPSIKE;  they only show one copy that's been auctioned in all the years they've been around.  The Deadwax Zone has marked in it:  WIRL VIRTUES 3760-1 LCA (or RCA - it's in script) and on the other side, WIRL VIRTUES 3759-1 LCA (or RCA) -  The label has writing on both sides in fine, as you can see in the Pictures.  The vinyl has it's original gloss and looks clean and shiny.  The vinyl record has some light scuffing.  No scratches, no marks that you can feel.  Only light scuffing.  It looks around VG/VG+.  I would put it at an "average" VG+.   Visual grading is always tricky and subjective.  HEY YOU WANT LOVE plays a solid VG+ and Better (borderline VG++).  TROMBONE plays VG+ and Better.  Tonight I will post some audio clips from both sides of this record at: www.gate.net/~rhanes/virtues45.wma - If you click onto this hyperlink, you can download them as WINDOWS MEDIA AUDIO Files and listen for yourself. I can ship this anywhere in the USA 1st Class for $3.25, or Air Priority for $8.00. If this sells to a non-US Buyer, and it sells for $50-$120, it will have to ship via Registered Mail (but I'll pay 4.00 of the 11.50 Registered Mail Fee. If it sells to a non-US Buyer for $120-$500, it will have to ship Air Priority Legal Size Envelope ($28.00), and I'll have to pay for Insurance for the full amount sold. If it sells to a non-US Buyer for over $500, it will have to ship Global Express Mail ($41.95) and I'll pay for Insurance. The POST OFFICE LOSES PACKAGES, don't blame me if it happens to you. Since I will have to insure it, I will have to declare full sales value; if paying with any way other than Paypal, I can ship it any way you want. Paypal rules make it very difficult and expensive to ship anything out of the country now, since they require on-line Tracking Numbers. You can't get that with simple First Class International shipping. No reserve. Good luck! The US Post Office has made it very difficult to Insure packages leaving the country. I can take PAYPAL. No reserve on this. Good luck!
