THE VELVET UNDERGROUND S/T (1969) rare UK 1st pressing MGM CS 8108 Matrix 1G/1G
Very hard to find first UK pressing of what is arguably the best VU album.
CONDITION:
Cover: VG The front laminated flip-back sleeve is a bit wrinkly. 1cm tear on the back (visible in the photo next to the song titles of side one). No split seams, no stickers. Perfectly readable spine.
Vinyl: G Would be a VG+ as it plays almost EX throughout. But unfortunately track 1 of side two skips once right at the beginning because of an almost invisible (but parallel to the grooves) scratch. The rest is superficial scratches and paper marks. Spindle marks on the labels.
