COVER - EXCELLENT PLUS EX+ Original thick cardboard gatefold "First State" uncensored with the fully visible Eric Emerson's torso art cover with the original Andy Warhol's unpeeled banana sticker. It is extremely hard to find a copy in such a brilliant condition. Very clean cover without any yellowing, writing or ring wear. The banana sticker is fully intact with only a couple of very light scuffs, retaining its beautiful saturated yellow cover
LABEL - EXCELLENT EX Original pre-release T-5008 mono catalog number large T-shaped logo Verve Records promotional yellow "Not For Sale" black print with the 1'25' pressing ring diameter labels. Misprinted timing on the "I'll be your mirror" 2:01 instead of 2:10 on the label. Super clean labels with some very light spindle wear, which can be seen only under a certain light angle
VINYL - EXCELLENT MINUS EX- Thick heavy vinyl pressing with the first matrix numbers in the trail-off vinyl (dead wax)

Block-looking "S" symbol engraved in the dead wax the fonts indicating the very early first pressing by MGM Records manufacturing division, Bloomfield, New Jersey. The vinyl has some very light surface hairlines and scuffs from the sleeve, retaining its magnificent factory gloss and lustre
