Description
For your consideration we are offering a rare and sought after original first album by The Velvet Underground and Nico, produced and cover design with peelable banana by Andy Warhol on Verve Records. Verve V/V6-5008, gatefold cover, blue label, vinyl condition VG/VG+. Banana on front cover is missing top of stem and has some loss on upper right-hand side. Was torn 3" down and neatly reglued. Jacket has wear typical with use and age; there are 2 places on back where previous owner signed their name as illustrated in photo.
