The Velvet Underground & Nico 1968 Verve Andy Warhol Unpeeled Banana Sticker
This is the Airbrushed/Censored 3rd state pressing with the misprint on Side 2, indicating the incorrect timing for "The Black Angel's Death Song"(3.01 but should be 3.10) . Andy Warhol's banana sticker is unpeeled and fully intact and still very vibrant overall with very minor scuffing. I would grade the cover Excellent, with only minor fading overall and very minor scuffing. The interior gatefold is in Excellent condition with only a small, lightly sctrached area. It is extremely difficult to find a cover with the whole banana sticker that still looks (and plays) this amazing. The clean cover doesn't have any writing, dirt or marks. Very minor corner wear and some light edge scuffing. I grade the vinyl Excellent, as it looks almost brand new with the exception of a couple spots with very very light unfeelable sctaches from movement in the sleeve I think. The labels are Very Good+ and bordering on Excellent with very minor light scuffing on side 2s label. This is by far one of the best examples of this album that I've ever seen sold. Don't miss the opportunity to own this extremely rare pressing in such incredible condition.
