This is the 1968 STEREO UK ORIGINAL FIRST PRESSING of White Light White Heat release on MGM VERVE records. It is the second MASTERPIECE LP by The Velvet Underground. 
What an LP... THE SKULL SLEEVE. 
The sleeve is a CORKER and in EXCELLENT condition throughout. A fully laminated flip back sleeve with just a few small lamination cracks to the front and the very slightest corner damage. Double click the pictures the spine is in impeccable order it has a beautiful square form as if it were just made.BEAUTIFUL.The spine is immaculate.  The rear of the sleeve is amazingly clean no foxing of light damage.  The sleeve grades as EXCELLENT+.
The black and silver Verve labels are in fantastic order and have spindle trails to both sides but this record has been very well care for indeed and seen a minimal amount of play. Both sides display a beautiful high gloss shimmer when tilted into the light and the record plays entirely without fault.  The record is graded as EXCELLENT +.
