THE VELVET UNDERGROUND LP

"WHITE LIGHT/WHITE HEAT

Original UK 1st pressing from 1968, with laminated flip-back sleeve, printed and made by Garrod & Lofthouse Ltd, has "patents pending" text on rear lower flip-over. Released on the black/silver text Verve Records label, with "Made in Gt. Britain" rim text. A Stereo recording, the disc comes in the original plain white "made in Gt. Britain, Patent No" paper inner sleeve. The players on this album were:- Lou Reed, John Cale, Sterling Morrison & Maureen Tucker. The album was produced by Tom Wilson.

Cat.Number:- SVLP 9201. Stereo.

Condition.

The Sleeve, as we're all aware is an extremely difficult one to find in nice shape, this one has a few very minor issues, great spine, top edge and front/rear panels, has small area of laminate drying to top/bottom front at spine side, with a few light scuffs on bottom edge & bottom right corner, the condition is at least Excellent, please see photo's

Both Labels are virtually Mint, 1 faint spindle trail on each side.

The Vinyl has been played 2 to 3 times only, would have been graded at almost Mint but for a light hairline on each side, these are not severe i can assure & are totally non-sounding, because of these the disc is graded in Excellent++ condition.

Classic 60's Psych era LP in superb condition.
