Description

The Three Sounds ~Good Deal  Blue Note BLP 4020 1959
Great early jazz album by The 3 Sounds (Gene Harris, Andrew Simpkins, and Bill Dowdy) on Blue Note. This album is excellent shape - a top upgrade copy for collectors. 
Original 1959 1st MONO Blue Note pressing: ~Double-sided Deep Groove labels~ ~Blue and White 'Blue Note' labels~ ~'47 West 63rd' addresses~ ~'RVG' stamp and 'P' or Ear etched in dead wax~ ~Laminated cover~
CONDITION: Cover: VG++. Tight seams - excellent graphics. Slight bumping to corners only.  Labels: VG+. A few spindle marks.  Vinyl: VG++ to NM-. Both sides are highly glossy. Side 1 shows a couple superficial marks. Side 2 shows two superficial scratches that run through the side but these are both superficial as well and do not affect the excellent playback of this vintage jazz album.
