Dirty Water LP - THE STANDELLS (Tower T 5027)
Original 1966 U.S. MONO LP. MONSTER garage punk album by these California legends. Vinyl in FABULOUS condition, in all it's true MONOPHONIC glory. Cover also quite nice, considering this disc is more often than not found in piss-poor shape. Essential to any garage rock collection, for sure.
Disc = EX- to EX (downgraded due to a few faint hairlines & swirls + 1 tiny, lite scuff/blemish on track 2 on side 1, NOT AFFECTING PLAY AT ALL - disc sounds EXCELLENT, w/ NO distortion & just barely the faintest hint of background noise; a VERY SATISFYING play, indeed)
Cover = see pix; small chip in front top right corner; thin, 3" split in middle of top edge; tiny crack in right corner of bottom edge; spine = A-OK; any questions?, please ask
Labels = see pix; faint glue residue marks on side 2 from where a name sticker had been attached; w/ NO spindle marks to be found
