Description
This is a very rare Spencer Davis Group vinyl LP titled "Beat With Soul" on the German Fontana label catalog number 886-187-TY, a first pressing Stereo from 1966. This record is very rare and liner notes are in German.
This 50 year old record was pressed on extra thick vinyl. I purchased the record new in Germany in 1966 while on active duty with the US Army. It has been played exclusively on high end turntables and has a clean surface except for one scuff line on side 1 which can be felt and results in occasional light popping. The record otherwise makes only light stylus on vinyl sounds and light clicking. The labels show some wear at the center but are in solid condition. This remains a great sounding record at high volume.
The outer jacket shows some minor wear on the front and back and there are small seam splits at the top and bottom openings (see pictures).
I will pack the record outside of the jacket to protect jacket integrity and ship in a sturdy LP mailer with cardboard inserts and bubble wrap for further protection.
