THE SPECTRES - I (Who Have Nothing) / Neighbour Neighbour (Piccadilly 7N.35339) - 7" - 1966
Matrix Numbers: 7N 35339 A1 / 7N 35339 B2
Decent original pressing of this highly sought-after Piccadilly 7" featuring I (Who Have Nothing) and Neighbour Neighbour by The Spectres who, of course, evolved into Status Quo. The vinyl retains a good sheen with light and a few lightish superficial surface marks, plenty of fine, light hairlines, a few small, light scratches plus a couple of tiny but more prominent ones at the start of the B-side - nothing too serious - see descriptions below.
A-side: There is light crackle and a few moderate-to-prominent clicks / pops during the first 10-15 seconds, thereafter there are very small, some small and occasional smallish pops or clicks. There is also some light distortion to a couple of notes near the end. Grade - G+/VG- improving quickly to VG+ (better in places)
B-side: The two tiny scratches highlighted above cause moderate-to-prominent pops / clicks during the first 10 seconds, thereafter there are just some very small and very occasional small pops or clicks. Grade - G+/VG- improving quickly to VG++ (better in places)
Labels: Both labels are clean and tidy (see scan).
