Description
Up for auction is a great vinyl copy of THE SOUND's 1982 album release 'All Fall Down' on WEA RECORDS LTD. (cat. no. 240019-1). Though the successor to 1981's masterpiece 'From The Lion's Mouth' couldn't match the timeless beauty of it's predecessor, it still featured some SOUND classics like 'Monument', 'Where The Love Is', or 'Red Paint'. The German first pressing that I'm offering here today is in EXCELLENT++ condition and very hard to find these days in this condition!
The COVER is in EXCELLENT+ condition. The COVER shows NO unwanted writing, NO seam splits, NO sticker marks, NO major creasing, etc. Both panels, front & back, are extremely nice and beautiful!
Both sides of the vinyl RECORD are in NEAR MINT- condition, mirror-like and without a single mark or scuff to report of! I stick to the 'RECORD COLLECTOR' grading system (please see below).
Both matt-finished WEA LABELS are in NEAR MINT condition, there are NO spidermarks on either side of the spindle-hole!

The album will be mailed to the lucky winner in a stiff cardboard record box with extra cardboard stiffeners for best possible protection during transport! The experience and fun of buying records on eBay is ruined if you discover that – once the album arrives – they are either not in the condition stated or have been damaged in the post! For this reason I try to describe all my items in detail, and only post using strong sturdy packaging. Please see my excellent feedback especially in terms of packaging! My records are also from a smoke- and pet-free home.
GRADING GUIDE:
MINT: The Record Itself Is In Brand New Condition With No Surface Marks Or Deterioration In Sound Quality. The Cover And Any Extra Items Such As The Lyric Sheet, Booklet Or Poster Are In Perfect Condition. Records Advertised, As Sealed Or Unplayed Should Be Mint.
EXCELLENT: The Record Shows Some Signs Of Having Been Played, But There Is Very Little Lessening In Sound Quality. The Cover And Packaging Might Have Slight Wear And / Or Creasing.
VERY GOOD: The Record Has Obviously Been Played Many Times, But Displays No Major Deterioration In Sound Quality, Despite Noticeable Surface Marks And The Occasional Light Scratch. Normal Wear And Tear On The Cover Or Extra Items, Without Any Major Defects, Is Acceptable.
