This Auction is for The Lp's - The Smiths - Debut album & louder than bombs album.

Debut - 1984 Pressing on the Rough Trade Records Label - Rough 61 - A2/B4.

Louder than bombs - 1987 Pressing on the Rough Trade Records Label - Rough 255.

Debut Album.

Side 1: Reel around the fountain, You've got everything now, Miserable lie, Pretty girls make graves, The hand that rocks the cradle.

Side 2: Still ill, Hand in glove, What difference does it make?, I don't owe you anything, Suffer little children.

Louder than Bombs.

Side 1: Is it really so strange, Sheila take a bow, Shoplifters of the world unite, Sweet and tender hooligan, Half a person, London.

Side 2: Panic, Girl afraid, Shakespeare's sister, William it was really nothing, You just haven't earned it yet baby, Heaven knows I'm miserable now.

Side 3: Ask, Golden lights, Oscillate wildly, These things take time, Rubber ring, Back to the old house.

Side 4: Hand in glove, Stretch out and wait, Please please please let me get what I want, This night has opened my eyes, Unloveable, Asleep.

Vinyl - These have been well played and display many light surface marks and light surface scratches although they still are a good listen and play very good.

Debut album - Vg - The record has surface marks, occasional ticks/click heard in places otherwise Plays Very Good throughout.

Louder Than Bombs - Vg - The record has surface marks, occasional ticks/click heard in places otherwise Plays Very Good throughout

Sleeves - Debut - Vg -  Provided in the Original Sleeve as pictured which has some slight age related wear, some  light creasing etc although nothing major - see pics.

Louder than bombs - Vg - Provided in the Original Sleeve as pictured which has age related wear, a name written on the sleeve rear, one of bottom edges has been repaired with tape, 3 or 4 small tears in middle of sleeve example of which is shown in last pic also some  light creasing etc - see pics.

Very Good: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.

Please note: A mid range technics turntable was used to play test the Record - Results may vary on Inferior or Superior quality playback equipment.
