THE SMITHS- Strangeways..-Gray vinyl press w/ postcard

You are bidding on the German pressing of The Smiths' "Strangeways, Here We Come" on Rough Trade (RT 60).  This particular copy is the rare gray vinyl pressing and includes original inner sleeve and postcard advertising merchandise promoting the LP's release.

I would grade the cover a strong VG++ as it only exhibits slight shelf wear, overall great shape.  The record is a strong VG++/NM with only light, minor scuffs from passes across the inner sleeve. The labels have no scratches or scuff marks and the center holes are perfectly round.  The included postcard is in M condition.

If you have any questions regarding my shipment of vinyl records, I encourage you to review ALL of my feedback and the comments concerning this topic.  All records are professionally packaged (records removed from jackets and both vinyl and jacket layered in 'bubble wrap') in mailers that are specifically designed for this purpose. Unfortunately though, I have no guard against how the USPS will treat the package once it leaves my hands which is why I offer insurance for all records mailed and STRONGLY encourage you to take advantage.  As you can see, I was left a negative by a buyer (who did not purchase insurance) whose record arrived damaged.  This is a sad reality of shipping very fragile items, regardless of how well they are packed.  I wish that I could have been of further assistance to this buyer, but rather than contacting me about the mishap, chose to leave negative feedback as his first option.  I am making this known NOT to single out an unhappy customer, nor am I trying to defend what happened but rather make a few points. I have been a record collector for almost 20 years.  I am not here to scam or mislead anyone.  I value your time in looking over my auctions and strive for the smoothest transaction possible, with fast and friendly communication with records that are always as described.  I am always open to answer any question/concern you have about an item before, during and after the close of auction.  I am an upfront, honest businessperson who strives to do right by each and every customer. Canada: $10.00  First-Class Mail International

Worldwide: $20.00  First-Class Mail International

International Shipments require First-Class Mail International as a minimum. Please note that insurance for International shipments is only available with either Priority or Express Mail International (higher rates). Please contact me for actual shipping rates if you desire the shipment to be insured.
 

Insurance is offered and highly recommended for an additional $2.00 (US destinations). Uninsured items that arrive damaged are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. I cannot be held liable for uninsured items.
