Description

Super rare original UK green text Strangeways Here We Come by The Smiths. Plus, this comes with an original promo poster.


I got these from an auction house in the UK. It is believed that they both came from promo displays as they both show evidence from being hanged.


Poster details: 23.5x11.5 in good condition. Poster has pin holes and creases - no tears.


Record details: This is the EMI pressing from one of the early stampers. Condition is VG++ with some light surface marks. It does play with some occasional light noise.


Cover details: Generally, the cover looks VG++ or greater. However, it does have a few pin holes along the right side and a drill hole in the back.


Insert details: The lyric insert is VG+ with light creasing and a corner bend, lower right.
