Description

Strangeways, Here We Come was the remarkable final studio album from The Smiths. This is an original 1987 vinyl LP release on Rough Trade (ROUGH 106). The outer sleeve features The Smiths logo in embossed lettering, whilst the inner sleeve features the full lyrics. I have tried to take as many photos as possible to show the condition of the sleeve and inner sleeve.

PLEASE READ:
Side 1 sounds great but has an unfortunate skip about 40 seconds into ‘Stop Me If You Think..’ which keeps looping until the needle is moved a bit further forward in the track. I’m not sure if this can be rectified with a deep clean but there’s no clear mark on the record.

Side 2 has a bit of surface crackle / noise but this is most pronounced in between tracks and at the start of the opening track; the record sounds great when played.
