IF YOU KNOW WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING AT YOU WILL KNOW HOW RARE THIS RECORD IS. THOSE 'IN THE KNOW' TEND TO SAY THAT 25 WERE PRESSED. I GUESS NO ONE WILL EVER KNOW FOR SURE - BUT THERE ARE CERTAINLY NOT THAT MANY.
THIS IS THE TROY TATE VERSION OF THE SONG. A FEW TEST PRESSES WERE PRODOUCED BUT THE SINGLE RELEASE (AND TROY TATE) WERE SHELVED!

"SLAP ME ON THE PATIO" IS ETCHED IN THE RUN OUT GROOVES ON SIDE B.
THE RECORD IS IN SUPER CONDITION.
THE RECORD IS TOTALLY FLAT.
THE A SIDE IS MINT.
THE LABELS ARE MINT.
THE B SIDE IS NEAR MINT - A FEW HAIRLINES ON THE OUTER GROOVES - VERY MINOR.
THE RECORD WILL BE SENT BY SPECIAL COURIER (WITH INSURANCE) TO YOUR DESTINATION IN THE WORLD. I WONT KNOW THE COST UNTIL AFTER THE AUCTION ENDS.

MINT
The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition.
EXCELLENT
The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
VERY GOOD
The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover and extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
GOOD
The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches, The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.
FAIR
The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced.

On 27-Apr-08 at 23:13:33 BST, seller added the following information:After a couple of emails today I can confirm that the commonly held view that this Testpress contains the Troy Tate version is wrong. The Reel Around The Fountain testpress is in actual fact the David Jensen BBC Session version! Amazing!
