THE SMITHS FINAL TOUR PROMO POSTER
Large colour reproduction of the promo poster for The Smiths " The Queen Is Dead " tour from 1986.
The Queen Is Dead was their third album and has been hailed by fans and critics as their masterpiece.
Sadly this would turn out to be The Smiths final tour. They played their last gig the following December at an Artists Against Apartheid benefit in The Brixton Academy, London.
The poster features the famous photo of the band outside The Salford Lads Club which first appeared in the gatefold of the original vinyl LP .
The poster is sized at B2 ( 50x70 cm/ approx 20 x28 inches ) and has been professionally printed on thick quality 210 gsm paper.
The print has been coated with a subtle matt UV protective laminate.
All posters are shipped rolled in a strong crushproof cardboard tube.
