On offer are 4 x 7" Singles by The Smiths, all are on Rough Trade Records Label.
(1) Shoplifters of the world unite / Half a person - 1986 - RT 195 - A2/B1 - Rec vg+ / sleeve - vg+, couple small clicks near start of side 1, 1 x solo click heard on side 2.
(2) This charming man / Jeane - 1983 - RT 136 - A3/B1 - vg / vg-, 1 x click leading into side 1 plays ex otherwise, side 2 crackle leading in and throughout, sleeve has damage along rear bottom edge & wear to opening edge - see pic.
(3) What difference does it make? / Back to the old house - 1984 - RT 146 - A1/B1 - vg+/vg - plays very good throughout, sleeve has some rub wear on rear.
(4) Heaven knows i'm miserable now / Suffer little children - 1984 - RT 156 - A2/B1 - vg+/vg+ - some crackle leading in on both sides but soon clears once music starts playing, a few solo clicks also heard.
Very Good: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
Please note: A mid range Technics turntable was used to play test the Record - Playback Results may vary on Inferior or Superior quality playback equipment.

Mint: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition.

Excellent: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening of sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and / or creasing.

Very Good: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.

Good: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration etc...

Fair: The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise: it may even jump. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.

Poor: The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise etc.. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.

Bad: The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection filler.
