Description
Here we have the mono cover of the album by the small faces 1968 OGDENS NUT GONE FLAKE with the album that came with it on IMMEDIATE Records co. Ltd lilac label number IMLP 012 1Y matrix 1L and on side two in the dead wax 2 L.
This mono album cover is in very good plus condition. No tears no writing and no marks. They say this was the best album design cover for 1968. Wow
All the five pieces that go to make this cover are well attached except the last one. There is a piece of white tape acting as a hinge for the last one. You can not see it on the outside. Only on the inside where the record was housed. The cover will be wrapped separately for the journey to its new home . This mono cover is a work of art and this the U K original. What an investment.
The vinyl that comes with it has seen better days. It plays all the way though with no jumps or sticks . But lots of crackles and pops along the way . Not a vinyl for your purist so the vinyl according to Gold Mine Record Stranded . (good ) The cover is a very good plus with the strengthening hinge.
