Description

Probably one of the rarest of Sisters items. This is the Japanese release of the Sisters first single, The damage done. Two tracks on one disc. The sleeve is identical to the original release, however there are three tiny differences. The most obvious is the sleeves' picture. A Victorian picture taken of a family walking through the gates of a graveyard. In the background is the church. The Japanese release does NOT have the crucifix at the top of the church as it has been cropped out - compared to the first release (please see photos). Secondly the run out grove has the catalogue no of 'PAE-03A/B, while the first has 'MR-7-words-1', 'anudder porky prime cut' and 'for trixie'. The last anomalie is the rounding on the fold over part of the sleeve corners on the back of the sleeve and the sleeve width is about 4mm wider than the original. Labels are black with the Sisters' logo on the A side and track titles on the B side. I know the original was pressed with a quantity of 1000 and I believe this release is the same. Sleeve and vinyl are absolutly pristine, I have had it since new and never played it. As I have never seen another like it anywhere, then or now and this is reflected in the starting bid. As usual from my extensive Sisters collection.  This is really a must for any serious Sisters collector. Happy bidding!!!
