THE SHOCKERS “Somebody Help Me/I Can’t make It” RARE Canadian fuzz punk 45!!
1966/Cdn/RCA 57-3435….here’s a nice original pressing of this ultra rare Canadian fuzz blaster. The vinyl is in clean glossy VG+ condition. There are a handful of very small light marks and super light scuffs/needle wear. The record plays really well with next to no noise. The labels are clean. The sound clip is directly from the record being sold and has no sound fixing. A solid collectable copy of this rare Canadian garage punk gem! The Shockers were formed in [ Vancouver] British Columbia, and were lucky enough to win the "Battle Of The Bands" at the PNE fair in Vancouver in 1966. They won an opportunity to record a single for RCA Canada. Their choice was the Spencer Davis Group song Somebody Help Me. They were well known for their wild stage show (for the time) and their hard, driving sound.

MINT: I consider New Unplayed or Sealed items only.
M- or Mint Minus, very clean with clean visual appearance and sound, there may be a couple of light inaudible hairline scuffs or such and will be mentioned in the listing, a Mint- record looks and plays very clean. Same for the cover. Very clean with no delete or other issues.
EXCELLENT: between VG++ and M- , still very collectable for most, visually and sonicly clean. A handful of light inaudible scuffs, or hairlines. Cover will be clean with little wear, or delete. No splits.
VG++ still a very nice copy with minimal wear, the vinyl will retain it's original gloss and can have some minor scuffs/scratches that don't affect play very much. Cover will have slight shelf wear, and or delete, minor split.
VG+ the vinyl will still retain much original gloss with a bit more scuffs and/or scratches I may list a very rare or desirable item with a lower grade, I will try to list all defects.
