Although we do try our best to protect your record(s) during delivery and always retain Proof of Postage certificates to cover them up to £30.00 in the UK we cannot be held responsible for them once they have left these shore's, so although we have not had any major postal problems over the last 5 years (vinylsue) we do recommend that our overseas customers take up insurance options on any item of value! .....
