THE SAVAGE YOUNG BEATLES ARTISTS: THE BEATLES with Peter Best LABEL: SAVAGE RECORDS #BM 69 STEREO LP RELEASE INFO: US original vinyl 1st pressing (recorded in 1961 in Hamburg, Germany) FORMAT: 33 RPM, LP, 12" RECORD CONDITION: The vinyl looks like it has never been played. The vinyl looks new and glossy, with no scuffs, no hairlines, no fingerprints. The label is orange with black print and is pristine with no writing. Could use a good cleaning for dust. COVER CONDITION: At some point, the cellophane on the opening side was scotch taped closed - it has long since dried out and fallen off, but some of the tape residue remains along the opening edge (so it is still very framable for display). The cover has all solid seams with no splits. The cover is very clean, bright and colorful. See Photo. NOTES: Original issue US vinyl 1st pressing, not a reissue. This very rare, pre-Ringo, Beatles album was recorded in 1961 when they were playing Hamburg, Germany with Pete Best on drums.
