with Custom Printed INNER SLEEVES

Thick, sturdy Gatefold cover Still SEALED in the original Factory Shrink Wrap; Perfectly flat, crisp and super clean -but not mint: small missing shrink at u.r. corner; tiny break in shrink at l.r. corner-tip with 1/2" wear there to bottom seam, corners lightly bumped. Small (1 1/4") repaired split to top seam. I partially slit open top edge of the shrink to access and properly, carefully, securely close-up the small split (using archival, acid-free document repair adhesive). Permanent, professional repair. You will see there a slightly thinner edge at that small section at center of top seam (See last photo). No other issues to an overall extremely nice cover.

Due to this small split repair, I am selling this STILL SEALED LP at approx. 1/2 of what sealed ones have been selling for recently.
If you will be unhappy with a small seam repair, please look elsewhere to purchase.

...I could simply open this album up and then sell it "used" for easily the same price or higher, but I just can't bring myself to open it up unnecessarily.

This is all verified at DISCOGS as correct for Original the FIRST PRESSING.

Semi-glossy custom printed inner sleeves with lyrics included.
Dead-Wax will have "TOWN HOUSE DMM" inscribed in the dead wax on each side
...denoting Direct Metal Mastering.

This 2LP set was only in print for a very short time.
