  • 3-Dimensional Cover, with The Beatles images hidden among the Rolling Stones
  • Almost-Unplayed condition, with original red psychedelic-design inner sleeve
  • ORIGINAL OWNER - since new 51 years ago!!
The points noted above describe what's on offer here. I really am the original owner of this record, which I got when it first came out 51 years ago, while working at a college radio station. This LP has been in dry, indoor storage since new in, and is a genuinely rare record today.  It's a Radio/DJ promotional copy ("Not For Sale") as noted on the cover, and is of course a first-pressing record. Please see photos for details.
As with many of my records, this one was played only a very few times, and it was then was left at home, while I was far away at college. Never got back to being home again or playing the the records I had there, so the record is still in truly excellent condition, with only the slightest evidence of having been played.  The medium-blue cover is in very good condition (see photos for details).  And of course, it's the early three-dimensional cover insert.  3-D printing was new in the mid-'60s, and it's not surprising that the Stones put it on an album cover.  The original red psychedelic-design is in very good shape on both sides, but does have a small (3") split along the bottom edge. 
As noted on the cover, this is a stereo LP, and it's London Records # NPS-2.  The record also carries the additional number ZAL-8126 on the front side label and ZAL-8126-1L in the runout-groove ("dead wax") area of the pressing. The number ZAL-8127 appears on the back side label and ZAL-8127-1L in the back side runout groove area.
