Issued on a four-pronged blue label with curved Decca logo, ffrr logo and two N.C.B. and B.I.E.M. rights boxes stacked above each other on LHS of label (like on the B-side of (I Can't Get No) Satisfaction), with tax code K/T and ck on the right; Produced by Andrew Loog Oldham under band name typeset over two lines.
Side 1 unmarked NM Side 2 has a barely visible spindle mark EX+ Sleeve is EX+
