Description
Hello and welcome to one of my auctions! I am a record collector for over 15 years now and I think it’s about time to sell a couple records to make some room and pass it on to another collector. This week’s auctions feature my Rolling Stones, Beatles (and related) and 60’s beat records that are from my own personal collection, so here we go!
On offer, an extremely rare U.K. MONO EXPORT pressing of The Rolling Stones – Out Of Our Heads on the RED UNBOXED and GROOVED Decca label, cat. no. LK 4725.
The record is in VG+ condition, there are some non-sounding hairlines and a couple superficial scuff marks. The labels are in VG condition, there are a couple spindle marks, some very slight wear along the spindle hole on both sides and the previous owner has written his name in small biro on the side 1 label. The matrix endings are 1A on both sides.
This cover is in VG+ condition, there are a couple creases along the opening edge on the front and there is some slight ring wear, some very mild age browning and some tiny age browning stains on the back. Besides mentioned defects, this cover looks very presentable to me; there is no writing, no rips or tears or other unwanted damage.
The record comes with an original Decca “Handling and Playing” inner sleeve, which is in VG+ condition. There is some light age browning and the bottom corners are creased.
This is a very hard to find U.K. UNBOXED MONO EXPORT pressing of the Rolling Stones’ Out of our Heads album. Although not mint, this copy is still a good playing copy. This U.K MONO copy of The Rolling Stones’ Out of our Heads album was pressed in very tiny amounts for the European market and was never available in UK stores back in 1965. This is a very rare opportunity to own a very rare Rolling Stones Export only album, a real opportunity for all Rolling Stones fans to complete a life time collection! Happy Bidding!
