(1964 DECCA DU 175 000)
You are bidding for an ultra rare copy of The Rolling Stones - Greastest Hits.
This album was released in Holland only with a Dutch only sleeve design too. Various editions of the mono-issue do exist, but this copy has the labels that proofs this is the real original first release from 1964.
After almost 50 years the laminated sleeve still is in fantastic shape. The sharp edges of the sleeve, including the spine (characteristic for this early album) are undamaged, there are no writings or stickers, only some minor cornerwear and (on the back) minor ringwear.
Vinyl is outstanding, shiny with only some hardly visible surface marks that don’t affect the great soundquality at all. No clicks or ticks, a superb mono sound.
Album comes with an English innersleeve!
All in all a great copy of a very rare album. A must-have for every Stones collector!
