Description
Hello and welcome to one of my auctions! I am a record collector for over 15 years now and I think it’s about time to sell a couple records to make some room and pass it on to another collector. This week’s auctions feature my Rolling Stones, Beatles (and related) and 60’s beat records that are from my own personal collection, so here we go!
On offer, an extremely rare U.K. STEREO EXPORT pressing of The Rolling Stones – Flowers on the BLUE UNBOXED and GROOVED Decca label, cat. no. SKL 4888.
The record is in VG minus condition, there are quite some hairlines and there are two sounding scratches on side 2. There are also a couple other visible marks on both sides, but they were not audible on my record player. The labels are in VG++ condition, there are a couple spindle marks only.
This cover is in VG+ condition, there are a couple creases along the opening edge and there is a sticker residue mark in the top right corner on the back. Besides mentioned defects, this cover looks very presentable to me.
The record comes with an original Decca “Important, The Record and The Equipment” inner sleeve, which is in VG+ condition. Besides the usual handling wear there is some age browning and there are some creases and there is a tiny tear on the die cut hole.
This is a very hard to find U.K. first pressed UNBOXED STEREO EXPORT pressing of the Rolling Stones’ Flowers album. Although not mint, this copy is still a good playing copy. This is a very rare opportunity to own a very rare Rolling Stones Export only album, a real opportunity for all Rolling Stones fans to complete a life time collection! Happy Bidding!
