Description
I will declare a lower amount on the customs form for all countries so as to avoid/decrease high import charges. However, in the case of the EU all purchases are subject to VAT which eBay collect at point of sale. No shipping to Russia currently.
I recently acquired a stunning Rolling Stones collection and I will listing them over the next 2/3 months. The vinyls are in superb condition as are the covers. The Rolling Stones : Black And Blue A2 / B2 1st Press
This first pressing plays with superb audio across both sides and as always I have listened to every track in full so as to provide a 'complete' grade. The clarity. depth and warmth is stunning and there is no interference to be heard. There are some faint hairlines on the record but you really cannot fault the sonic quality. A FINAL UPGRADE you could say.
The gatefold is practically 'as new' with barely any wear and the inner sleeve has only minimal wear.

Visual description
The vinyl is in excellent condition and still has a strong glossy sheen with no marks or scratches. There are some faint hairlines but they have no affect on the superb audio and the yellow labels are unmarked with just one barely visible faint spindle trace.
Play grading
The opening track 'Hot Stuff' plays superbly with a very deep groove. The depth on the audio is high end and with no intrusion from start to finish it grades as Mint in every way.
'Hand Of Fate' is of the same standard with no dust ticks, static ticks, clicks, pops or static. The audio is so clear and 'as new' sums it perfectly. Mint
Heavy on reggae 'Cherry Oh Baby' plays with wonderful deep rich audio and with no interference. I think I heard a couple of very quiet statics but there is certainly nothing to detract from the sound quality. I will say Mint- but I'm not sure the minus is required.
The piano intro on 'Memory Motel' is flawless and the opening vocal has only 3/4 minor static ticks. From then on it plays with great precision and... no interference. The sonic quality is so impressive for a final track and Mint- is deserved.

'Hey Negrita' on S2 plays with impeccable depth and warmth throughout and again you cannot fault the clarity. A Mint version for sure.
The intro on 'Melody' is perfect and the opening vocal(s) is equal to that. It continues to play so clearly and with that by now familiar depth. As many reviews said at the time the emphasise was more on 'feel' and 'groove' and they are very much in evidence here! One very light static right at the end that is all. Mint-
The intro on 'Fool To Cry' plays to perfection and Jagger's first vocal has only a couple of mega quiet statics. From then on it plays with outstanding clarity and again there is nothing to detract from the audio. Every vocal and instrumental section play with stunning precision and Mint- is richly deserved.
'Crazy Mama' plays with great power and depth and... no interference. A bit more like the typical Stones' sound this rocks out good and proper with only very minimal inner grove distortion. A Mint- finish to the album.
In summary this first pressing plays with superb audio with no interference basically. The clarity of sound is exceptional and there are no negatives. With a cover that is as near to perfect as is possible this album impresses on so many levels.
The Gatefold & Picture Inner
As stated this cover is in fantastic condition and still holds its original shape and structure perfectly, it clearly has not been handled very much. The edges have barely any rubbing and the wide spine is the widest and cleanest I have seen! The corners are also in superb order and the opening edge is pristine. The front cover is unbelievably clean and only just now did I notice one indented scratch line near the spine but only when I tilted the cover under a bright light. The back cover is super clean with just very minimal ringwear near the top and the inside of gatefold is immaculate. It doesn't get a lot better than this!
The inner sleeve is in great condition with no marking and just very minimal creasing near the thumb notch area.
Play tested on my Rega P2 with Rega Carbon Cart / Denon PMA-520AE Amp / B&W 684 Speakers
This record has been cleaned on a Pro-Ject VC-S machine
