This A1/B1 first pressing plays with incredible Mint- audio as detailed below and comes complete with a fantastic gatefold as well as a near perfect original inner.

Visual grading
The vinyl itself is in sublime condition and has possibly only been played once, maybe twice. I can only detect one faint spindle trace and the immaculate audio confirms this has been hardly played. It has no obvious hairlines or scratches and is visually stunning with a lovely glossy sheen. Not bad for a first pressing over 40 years old!
Play grading
With no lead in static or crackle on S1 you're immediately thinking the audio is going to play well and it does not disappoint! The sound quality throughout is of the highest standard possible and I have never heard a cleaner first pressing. The bass and rhythm section are so evident on this album and the audio here plays with such stunning definition. There is not one single click or pop on this side and no static/crackle and to be honest the audio is 'as new'. A bold statement to make I know but the clarity and richness of the sound is just immaculate. I do not over-grade as my feedback testifies and having listened to every second I am confident in grading this side as Mint- it could not be any better. There is complete silence between every track and no 'background' either on any intro/fade out this is audio of the highest calibre. Absolutely stunning!
There is just a very minor hint of lead in static on S2 but then 'Hey Negrita' plays as per S1 with great depth and clarity and no interference and again the fade out plays with perfect precision. The remaining tracks impress with the same superlative audio although I did hear one click during 'Fool To Cry' but apart from that it is near perfect. 'Crazy Mama' ends the album with real power and only a minor hint of distortion, the fade out plays perfectly. Overall a superb finale.
In summary this first pressing plays with incredible audio from start to finish and is a final upgrade archive pressing without question. With only one click and no other intrusive interference this is definitely the cleanest B&B I have ever heard.
Gatefold cover
The gatefold has been superbly maintained and has hardly any wear. The edges and spine have no rubbing and even the corners are in great order with only a minimal amount of rubbing on the bottom right corner, very minimal! The opening edge is also mega clean and looks untouched. The front and back cover are unmarked and the inside is immaculate also. With only a small number of very faint tiny creases around the edges this is not far off being a perfect gatefold.
Inner sleeve
The original thick card inner has no splits or tears and is practically 'like new'. Just a couple of tiny rub marks, a superb example.
The labels
I can only detect one spindle trace on each side but there are various small mottling age related marks that are visible when held at a certain angle. No other marks or writing though.
