The Rolling Stones - 'I Wanna Be Your Man / Stoned'. F.11764

The Rolling Stones 1963 UK 1st FACTORY SAMPLE DEMO pressing of the 'I Wanna Be Your Man / Stoned' 7" single. Released on the 1st November 1963, this comes complete with the original Decca stickered sleeve. It is offered here in VERY GOOD+/EXCELLENT- condition.

These initial early factory sample pressings would have usually been given out to reviewers, radio stations or used as quality control within the pressing plant.

Released on the Decca label both sides feature the 'Recording First Published 1963' text. 'SAMPLE RECORD NOT FOR SALE' sticker on the a-side and 'CARLTON' sticker on the sleeve. A wonderful Beatles related promotional example of The Rolling Stones second single.

The Matrix numbers are:

Side 1. XDRF-31954-TI-IT 1 H KT

Side 2. XDRF-31955-TI-IT 1 DU KT

The vinyl is in VERY GOOD+ condition on the a-side and EXCELLENT- condition on the b-side.

Both labels are in EXCELLENT+ condition.

The sleeve is in VERY GOOD+ condition.
