- LP "The Rocky Horror Show Starring Tim Curry and the Original Roxy Cast" (ODE-9009)
- LP "The Rocky Horror Picture Show - Original Soundtrack" (OSV-21653)
- 2 small buttons of the "Say It!" logo from the Audience Par-tic-i-pation album
- a bag of confetti
- a poster of Tim Curry as Dr. Frank N Furter (from the Roxy Cast)
- a printed sheet "Contained In Box Set"
Condition of individual elements:
- Outer box: some wear (especially on rear) to edges/corners as shown in pictures; the small white label on the front has been peeled back slightly
- Audience Par-Tic-I-Pation Double LP: Sleeve has some warping as if from moisture, but no mould or other signs of that; Inner sleeves show ring wear and one or two small marks; vinyl has light surface marks, but no scratches
- Original Roxy Cast LP: Sleeve has some warping as if from moisture, but no mould or other signs of that; No inner sleeve; vinyl has surface marks resulting in some surface noise in quieter sections, but no skips or jumps
- Original Soundtrack LP: Sleeve has some edge wear; Inner sleeve shows ring wear and one or two small marks; vinyl has slightly heavier surface marks (it was played a lot more) resulting in some surface noise
- badge/button: minor wear/signs of age
- poster: a few small marks & creases; where the horizontal & vertical folds join has worn through a little in some spots
- printed sheet "Contained In Box Set": some creases, mainly bottom left corner
