THE PURPLE HEARTS
You Can't Sit Down b/w Tiger In Your Tank
HARD TO FIND 1967 Single
This auction is for a good copy of the classic Australian garage rock classic, You Can't Sit Down by The Purple Hearts. The B Side is the Hearts' version of the Muddy Water's classic Tiger In Your Tank. This is a hard to find, well sought-after Australian single and this copy will not disappoint the collector. Copies of this single do not appear very often.
The record has minor scratching and scuffing but plays well. There is crackling and static at the start of each side but is reasonably clean throughout both songs. Both labels are reasonably but there is a name written on both sides (whether this is the Mary Poppins actress or not, I cannot say). The disc is in an old Immediate paper sleeve, not the sleeve the record came in obviously but a nice addition from the same era. The cover is in good condition for it age, with foxing and creasing. Please look at the images as they form part of the description.

This is one of a number of records I will be listing over the next few weeks, including a second single by The Purple Hearts. I will do my best to describe them but I am not a professional grader. Every record I sell has been played beforehand to allow me to let you know how it sounds.
