Description
Atlanta label HunTom Records (45-2510) 1961 R&B vocal 45 rpm single release from THE PIPS. It does feature GLADYS KNIGHT on vocals but was an early release where she wasn't getting the headline listing on the label yet. Tracks are: EVERY BEAT OF MY HEART / ROOM IN YOUR HEART.
These sides got a few releases on other labels but this is the rarest and the collectible one to have.
VG- condition. The grading is heavily weighted to the visual as although it still has a lot of lustre, there are a number of light scuffs and some light scratches. It does play through much better. The A-side has a few very light tics and a little background mostly at the beginning but does play through quite nicely. Very nice clean player on the B-side. Both could be played out in public with no problem. The sound files are from the offered 45 tracked at two grams. Buyer pays $3.50 First Class shipping in the U.S. Overseas Airmail is $12.75.
