Your looking at Pet Shop Boys, THE TRUCK DRIVER AND HIS MATE, 12'' promo with the famous penis sleeve. A mega rare limited edition vinyl promo from 1996. This release is UK issue and is in near mint condition. It does have a small 1" seam split at the bottom, other than that it is near perfect.
