Description

The Outcasts were a Texas garage rock pop band in the 60's.  
I'm in Pittsburg and It's Raining was their biggest hit.  Flip side:  Price of Victory.

They preformed from 1963-1968.
They were the opening act for many name performers.
Members:  Buddy Cardson,  Rickey Wright,  Denny Turner, Jim Carsten.  Jim Ryan, and Galen Niles.
