I HAVE JUST BOUGHT A LARGE AMOUNT OF AN OLD WAREHOUSE STOCK OF MANY DIY PUNK / MINIMAL SYNTH / INDUSTRIAL / POST PUNK / MESSTHETICS / H2D / HYPED TO DEATH / HOMEWORK / TEENLINE TYPE ITEMS, ALL ARE IN AN UNPLAYED CONDITION !!!! SO KEEP WATCHING MY AUCTIONS !
This is a A RARE AND IN DEMAND UK NEW WAVE OF BRITISH HEAVY METAL singles EP by the band THE NEXT BAND from 1979, ORIGINAL PRESSING AND A MUST !!!
This single is very rare and appears on many NEW WAVE OF BRITISH HEAVY METAL wants lists, and is the perfect example of NWOBHM with screaming vocals and great guitars !!!
It also in big demand because the band includes original DEF LEPPARD original drummer FRANK NOON, the single gets a very high rarity marks (3 and a half stars out of 5) in Mrio Panciera's excellent book "45 Revolutions" !!!
The single was released on the band's own GANNET RECORDS through the SRT pressing plant, catalogue number SRTS/78/CUS 159 and this copy IS IN GREAT CONDITION AFTER 32 YEARS !!!
The E.P. is called "FOUR BY THREE".
The tracks are: NEVER ON A WIN / CLOSE ENCOUNTERS / RED ALERT / TOO MANY LOSERS.
The condition of the VINYL is in EX+ / EX condition (minor paper scuffs!!!), the ORIGINAL THIN PAPER P/S is in VG+/ VG++ condition (only because of a very minor bends).
DON'T LET THIS RARE NEW WAVE OF BRITISH HEAVY METAL single get away as you will never see another and especially not in this condition.
