VINYL IN EXCELLENT+++/NEAR MINT CONDITION ( Hard to imagine nicer! Minimal wear in evidence. )

SLEEVE IN EXCELLENT CONDITION ( A line of tape stain to the opening edge. The tape is now removed and was only in place to protect the sleeve. A tiny nick to the upper edge and the previous owner's name stamped to the rear and inside, but still I would have to grade the sleeve as EX. )
