Here's a special you'll only find on TuesdayAfternoonVinyl: an ORIGINAL VINTAGE and SEALED copy of The Moody Blues 1978 reunion LP "Octave", with added actual Moody Blues Tour Orchestra passes from 1993 and 1997, and a Moody Blues envelop with a 1968 band photo and copies of all 5 members signatures from their Core 7 LP lineup. "Octave" was their 1st release of new music since 1972's "Seventh Sojourn", an(d it was the last to include original Moodies founder keyboardist Mike Pinder and original Producer Tony Clarke, both very unfortunate, drastically changing the sound on their later albums in the 80's. This copy is a gatefold, and aside from a couple of "breathe" holes, it is still completely sealed. It has a small price tag on the front, a very legible spine, and for it's 40 years + of existence, it still has really good corners with only minimal rounding (two corners are just poking out of the shrink wrap, so I guess it's not completely sealed). Good album with some great songs, the recording of this LP was full of drama (there is a great documentary on YouTube describing their history, but I cant remember it's name though I'm sure it's easy enough to find with a simple search, and it's over 2 hours long). We have sold a ton of my Moody Blues collection, and still have several ORIGINAL sealed copies of their albums and solo albums in our store, so take a second to check it out, along with all the other scarce and rare albums we're selling to fund opening up a record store here in NE Oregon, coming soon. This will be by Media Mail, which is a bit slower but allows us to ship all US vinyl purchases FREE! We use official LP mailers with the record outside the cover, and in clean white sleeves separately from any photo inner sleeves. All vinyl is cleaned with an enzyme spray then finished with a SpinClean Machine. With sealed vinyl, please understand that we will only accept returns if the LP is still sealed, which is for our financial protection as well as yours.
