THE MISSION SINGERS Everything's Just Fine Or Is It? FOLK PSYCH ROCK XIAN FUZZ
Very rare garage Catholic electric folk/psych lp.  The last track has an incredible sound which Ken Scott called an "explosive low-fi garage psych classic"!
Electric guitar and some cool organ moves.  Don't miss!

GRADING: All vinyl is visually graded unless noted - I only use NM-, EX, VG+, and VG based off Goldmine standards.

Vinyl: VG...Does have a storage warp due to thin style vinyl but no effect on music when I just played the entire LP. The needle just moved up and down like a roller coaster mainly on edges of first couple songs on each side but again didn't affect play. No scuffs or marks on vinyl and may have only been played a couple times total. Very rare LP that rarely ever goes up for sale in any condition. This LP really has a wide range for collectors of the many styles I listed in description it's kinda all over the place in the best way. (see pics)
Jacket: VG+....Standard light shelf wear and corner bumps but nothing major at all. (see pics) 
Record will be shipped outside the jacket. Everything will then be put in a poly sleeve and packed safely inside an LP box.
