The Middle Class - Out Of Vogue - original 1978 US 45 on the Joke Records silver label - acknowledged as the first hardcore 45 - very little sign of play if any - both cover and vinyl are EX+ or better. I have scanned the pictures straight from my copy for maximum clarity.
