Quite difficult to find in the '500' series, here's a very decent original 1965 UK first issue copy of this classic tune from THE MARVELETTES with "DON'T MESS WITH BILL" on the UK Tamla Motown imprint TMG 546 and backed with "ANYTHING YOU WANNA DO".
All in all, this copy remains in excellent condition with light surface sleeve rubs and plays perfectly throughout with good audible quality and with light crackle on the run-in and run-out groove. It does however have a small pressing fault not affecting play wherein, the needle sways by about 1 degree during the first third of play back as a result of the disc not being pressed in a perfect 360 degree circle with a small deviation making it closer to 359 degrees but despite this, there is no deviation in sound quality or speed distortion. It has the 4-prong centre intact and the labels are very clean on both sides with moderate spindle wear. Paired with an original company sleeve and still a very decent copy for the DJ or collector (see picture scans). Starting price is reflective of the flaw.
